Vice President will act as an official spokesperson for the Chapter when requested by the President. Will fill in areas where and when the President is not available. Treasurer will act as an official spokesperson for the Chapter when requested by the President. Keep all the financial books. Maintain all checking and savings accounts. Send in quarterly reports to National C.O.P.S. on time. Attend all 4 Board Meetings every year and provide a financial report of all deposits and expenditures for the Board. Attend as many MOCOPS Fundraisers, Functions, and Activities as possible. Voting Position on Board Decisions. Two year volunteer commitment, elected on Even Years. Secretary will act as an official spokesperson for the Chapter when requested by the President. Take Minutes at all 4 Board Meetings every year and provide an approved copy to National on a quarterly basis. Maintain website and social media as needed unless appointed to another Board Member. Attend all 4 Board meetings yearly, and as many Memorials, Functions, and Events as possible. Voting Position on Board Decisions. Two year voluntary commitment, elected on Odd Years. Can only do two terms back to back for a total of 4 years in this position.

Survivor Liaison will act as an official spokesperson for the Chapter when requested by the President. Will respond to Line of Duty Deaths when requested to aid the Police Agency, and Family immediately following death to aid in services such as Funeral, Emotional Support, Collect Survivor Contact Information, Benefits, and to provide information on what our Chapter and National can provide to the Agency and Family. Additional support as seen fit. Voting Position on Board Decisions. Two year commitment, but renewable.

Trustee can aid and help all positions, start and run committees on various projects and events, attend Board Meetings, Memorials, Functions, and Events as much as possible. Voting Position on Board Decisions. Two year voluntary commitment, but renewable.

Law Enforcement Liaison responsibilities include being a current or retired Law Enforcement Officer, Network with Police Agencies, Respond to Line of Duty Deaths as a MOC.O.P.S. representative, Attend Board Meetings, Attend as many MOCOPS Fundraisers, Functions, and Activities as possible, NON-Voting position on Board Decisions, Two year commitment, but renewable.

Committee Member is a non voting position offered to any member who would like to assist or volunteer on a committee project or event. (ie. Fall Festival, Winter Party, Sunshine Committee, etc.)
